Gold Subscription  

From $450 a month - Depending on your business specific needs.  A 50% of the first month subscription is required in advance. This computer service was initiated for our repeat clients. Now, it has been officially launched as a service.

• Faster Response: unlike same day service the client receives 4 to 6 hour immediate "onsite" response.
• Equipment discounts: Our purchase accounts with manufactures enable us to get discounts on server / firewall / software / hardware / network purchases. When you need to make an equipment purchase you are assured the best possible price.
• Remote Monitoring: All servers are automatically included for 24/7 remote monitoring. When a service goes down EG Smart Sys is automatically alerted and a consultant is dispatched before you even realize it. An invaluable service that our clients love about us.
• 24/7 True Support: Call us anytime, even during holidays and there is always a "live" person that will answer your call.
• Employee Discount: All your employee home computer repair calls will receive a discount and their calls will automatically be escalated to Priority tickets.

 

Hourly consultation - $85 per hour - 2 hours minimum.

This is perfect for clients that want one time service. Though 24/7 device monitoring is not included you still receive the same personal service and competitive rates.  Includes expenses and travel time. 

Emergency Consultation  - $95 per hour - 2 hours minimum.

If you have a server/network outage (existing client or not) please mention that it is an emergency when calling. All senior consultants are paged and your response time by telephone will be either immediate or within 60 minutes. Your onsite Response will automatically be escalated to a 4 hour response window.

Website Development 

At EG Smart Sys we try to keep the process of creating a website as simple as possible.  We don't charge an outrageous hourly fee for web design, we charge on a per page basis.  This keeps the cost of web development down and an easy way to estimate what the cost of web development will be. 
Below is a break down of the cost of developing a website with us:
The cost of web page development is $50.00 per web page.  This includes any images or text you would like included on the page.  The normal web page is considered equal to a standard 8 1/2" X 11" page of text.   

Example: 

A three page web site would cost

  $49.00 setup fee

$150.00 for 3 web pages ($50.00/page)

All additional pages will be at a rate of $50.00 per page.
